File Types
- Raster file extensions: .JPG .TIFF .PSD
- Vector file extensions: .EPS .AI and .PDF
- Logos should be vector-based, or very high-resolution rasterized files in order to maintain a high level of quality in the production of your art.
Fonts
- Please convert all fonts to outlines or “collect for output” before sending your files.

Color Management
- Please let us know if you have any Pantone (PMS) Color numbers when you’re sending us your files or make sure they are embedded in your vector artwork. Full color press proofs can be provided upon request.
- Please note that our machines use four color process. Some Pantone colors cannot be matched in CMYK and there can be a noticeable color shift. Please inform your sales representative if you have color sensitive projects.

Submitting AI-Generated Proofs
If you are submitting AI-generated proofs, please review the following guidelines:
Due to the wide variety of AI tools and workflows available, we may not be able to reproduce your submission exactly as you've shown. Most AI-generated mockups are not production-ready. While they are useful for concept development and idea generation, we may need to fully rebuild the design. Fonts, images, textures, colors, and logos may differ from what the AI initially produced.
When submitting an AI proof, please include the following:
- All text shown in the proof, typed out in your email.
- All logos provided as separate vector files (preferred) or high-resolution images.
- QR codes sent as individual files. Please test them to ensure they scan correctly.
- Font details, if specific fonts are required (please provide the exact font name). Otherwise, we can select an appropriate option for you.
- Pantone colors, if applicable, including the specific PMS numbers.
Providing these items will help ensure accuracy and streamline the production process.
