“The sales representative in Clayton, NC was deceptive in explaining the tax exempt status of the church when giving us an estimate of the cost of the bus. When I learned we had been misled, I called and learned that the sales rep had been fired. Tesco worked closely with me and reimbursed the church for the difference in the price. Everyone in the whole process went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Tesco to anyone who is looking for a bus. Thanks to Ross and everyone at Tesco for their help and guidance through the buying process.”

“The question; The vehicle was delivered as expected, the steering wheel was 90% off alignment. You paid for that to be fixed. thank you. There may not have been any way for you to know that the transmission linkage was not installed properly but as a result the bus broke down and had to be towed to the Ford dealer.Once again you took care of those costs. Thank you”

“The only issue we had was that the drawing of the lay out looked good on paper but when we actually received the bus there was no way to fit four wheel chairs in like the drawing showed us.”
