I completely understand that these are used buses and have gone through a clean up prior to being sold to us, but there is always overspray on areas that should not have it. There is orange peeling to indicate a quick spray and no follow through care to ensure quality. This has been an issue when trying to apply graphics. It is the only aspect of my experiences that seems cheap and sub-par.”

“Overall, I was very pleased with Jack Richardson who was the Sales Representative for our TWO bus purchases. It was a new process for Jack and our company to have buses come across from the US to Canada. The buses were delivered on time (which was one of our main requirements). The only thing that was missed was that the broker had requested a NAFTA form be completed, but it was not. Jack indicated via email 'I talked to Dave and we will get him the form on Tuesday when our office reopens. Not sure why it was not sent I have it as part of our proceedures but I will find out and make sure we have it corrected.'”
