TESCO delivers it two ways: as a Ford-built passenger van, and as a conversion. Forest River Van fits it out for mobility work with a rear lift or a side-entry ramp behind fewer seats, Waldoch and Midway build accessible layouts on it, and L.A. West turns it into an executive shuttle. When your capacity needs are 15 passengers or fewer, a Transit van does shuttle-bus work at van operating costs.
TESCO has put 700 Transit vans into service. Nearly all of them run the 3.5L PFDI V6, with the EcoBoost turbo on some builds, and every one shares the Ford dealer network with the E-Series buses further up the lineup.
