Ford Transit Cutaway Bus
The Transit cutaway puts a real bus body on Ford's van chassis: a wider cabin than any window van, a full-height entry door with a built-in step well, and seating for up to 14 with a wheelchair lift, at the fuel economy and turning circle of a van.

It is the platform under the Glaval Commute, the StarTrans Candidate, Collins' Transit-based activity buses and Turtle Top's light-duty Terra Transit, so the same chassis serves child-care runs, paratransit routes and hotel shuttles depending on the body on it.
TESCO has delivered 400 Transit cutaway buses. The 3.5L V6 gas engine, PFDI or EcoBoost, is shared with the vans, and so is the dealer network.
