Bus Graphic Design Packages.

Have TESCO produce and install graphics before your vehicle is delivered, and you'll have a serviceable, fully-branded bus the moment it arrives at your facility.

Full service, down to the graphics.

TESCO prides itself on being a full-service bus provider, and it starts with our in-house bus graphic design department. Take advantage of getting your company or organization name & logo out there by looking into our reasonable graphics packages.

  1. Design Our in-house design department lays out your name and logo.
  2. Produce Vinyl and wraps are produced at our Oregon, Ohio facility.
  3. Install Installed before delivery, so your bus arrives fully branded.

Graphics Packages

Spot graphics, partial wraps and full wraps for vans and for 23- and 25-foot buses. Every partial and full package is also available with window graphics. Your sales representative quotes the package you choose.

  • Van Base

    Van Base package on a white minivan: TESCO logo and tag line on the sliding door, website and address on the rear quarter, and on the liftgate the logo, website, address and a frequent-stops caution

  • Bus Spot

    Bus Spot package on a white cutaway bus: TESCO logo and tag line on the front cap, and the logo, tag line, website and address on the side

  • Van Partial

    Also available with window graphics.

Acceptable Software
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
File Types
Raster file extensions: .JPG .TIFF .PSD
Vector file extensions: .EPS .AI and .PDF
Logos should be vector-based, or very high-resolution rasterized files in order to maintain a high level of quality in the production of your art.
Fonts
Please convert all fonts to outlines or "collect for output" before sending your files.
Supported File Transport
Email (up to 25 MB) or Dropbox/WeTransfer
Color Management
Please let us know if you have any Pantone (PMS) color numbers when you're sending us your files, or make sure they are embedded in your vector artwork. Full color press proofs can be provided upon request.

Please note that our machines use four color process. Some Pantone colors cannot be matched in CMYK and there can be a noticeable color shift. Please inform your sales representative if you have color sensitive projects.

Submitting AI-Generated Proofs

If you are submitting AI-generated proofs, please review the following guidelines:

Due to the wide variety of AI tools and workflows available, we may not be able to reproduce your submission exactly as you've shown. Most AI-generated mockups are not production-ready. While they are useful for concept development and idea generation, we may need to fully rebuild the design. Fonts, images, textures, colors, and logos may differ from what the AI initially produced. Not all AI-generated artwork can be rebuilt; we will notify you accordingly.

When submitting an AI proof, please include the following:

  • All text shown in the proof, typed out in your email.
  • All logos provided as separate vector files (preferred) or high-resolution images.
  • QR codes sent as individual files. Please test them to ensure they scan correctly.
  • Font details, if specific fonts are required (please provide the exact font name). Otherwise, we can select an appropriate option for you.
  • Pantone colors, if applicable, including the specific PMS numbers.

Providing these items will help ensure accuracy and streamline the production process.
