“My only complaint so far is that the delivery was scheduled for noon today, however the truck delivering the bus had mechanical problems and was not able to deliver the bus as scheduled. I was informed of this when I called at 3pm to inquire about the delivery. Had I been informed of this I would have been able to attend to other work related duties outside of my office. Tonya (Tesco Representative)has been a pleasure to deal with and was apologetic about this mishap. I am looking forward to the delivery on Monday and will convey my overall opinion of my purchase once the transaction is complete.”

“I fle into Detroit ant Bryan Mcdougle picked us up. that was great. We looked at and purchased the bus and then drove it 500+ miles home. I had no problems until I esited off on the exit to my company and then two power steering hoses broke. I took to a local shop and had replaced. they sdvised me that the lines were very rusted and replaced them-cost of $395.00. After that I sent the bus to my Salem, MO daycare and the first trip out they loaded the wheelchair clients up with no problem. However when the went to operate tyhe lift again it would not work. I ;had a local mechanic look at it and he was able to get it working but stated that the wiring on the interlock switches was bad. I am a little disappointd in the bus as far a mechanically is conserned. I really feel that it should have been more thouroughly inspected before it was sold. I wiuld really appreciate someone from the company calling to discuss this.”

This was a "wholesale bus". TESCO always recommeds purchasing a late model used bus as compared to older buses because the routine and unexpected service cost on an older bus can be high overtime.

“It took me some time to learn how to turn the rear A/C on. Had a problem with the starter interlock, till I figured out that even tho the rear door was closed the safety switch was open. The monitor & VCR won't turn on, unk problem.”
