“Purchased in July. BIGGEST problem that I am having (still) is getting my graphic package delivered to me. When we tried to email our design to Tesco, they were just not getting them. It was in a zip file so I don't know the issue. We were assuming you were getting them since we corresponded to Brent that they were coming. We never heard back that he hadn't received them. We finally had to have our designer send them directly. Then your machines were tied up for a week. Then when Brent said he would overnight them, we waited three days before we called. They were sitting in your warehouse waiting to be picked up. He sent a picture of the package to re-assure me they were ready, but they were address to an address that I did not request. That was Tuesday Oct. 3. He re-addressed it. I had not received it by the Monday, Oct. 9. When contacted, he said his secretary didn't mail it until Friday. Now on Thursday, Oct 12, I still don't have them. State inspection pending this.”
