“Our sales representative was very kind and helpful throughout the sales process. However, communication was lacking in a few important areas toward the end of the purchase. Delivery experience: The delivery did not meet our expectations. The driver was very nice, but he did not know even the basics about the bus. We were told he was brand new and was simply there to deliver it. He also arrived about three hours earlier than the agreed-upon time, so no one was immediately available. Since this is our first bus of this type, we expected someone to review the bus features with us. Even with your driver present, it took us more than 30 minutes just to figure out how to lower the ramp. Registration process: There was no clear communication about how the registration process would work. As a result, the new bus is still sitting unused while we watch videos, try to learn the features ourselves, and wait for the paperwork from Tesco so we can take it to our DMV. Perhaps this is partly”
