“We had a tough time transferring this vehicle to the federal govt. It was a process and took a long time. We have only just been approved to utilize the bus since we got it within the last month. We have witnessed some issues with the door not opening. We called to see if it was under warranty to get fixed and did not receive an answer yet. We are very remote and would appreciate if we can get it to some place close to fix and maintain this bus.”
