Tesco was great at helping to rectify issues they could (emergency exit window latches breaking x2 (4 total), 2 separate passenger windows spider webbing from bus shaking, bus rattles loudly inside shaking windows and lift) but not real happy with buses as a total.”

“We have already notified you that one bus was delivered with a flaw. It leaks when it rains. We were told where to take it to get that fixed. We have been there, and now we are supposed to return the bus there tomorrow for further work. Some of the front overhead panels have been damaged slightly by the leak. So far your people have worked with us on this.”
Response from TESCO
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our buses are all water tested but the recent extremely heavy rains exacerbated a caulking flaw in the roof that was not noticed during the water test.
