What TESCO builds on Freightliner
Freightliner Custom Chassis builds the S2C as a front-engine chassis designed for bus bodies rather than adapted from a truck, with a 6.7L diesel, air ride and air brakes, and the Freightliner service network behind it.
It is TESCO's heavy-duty platform, under the Turtle Top Odyssey XL S2C and the StarTrans President in 35 to 37-passenger layouts, 90 delivered so far. The Freightliner-based secure transport buses live at prisonerbus.com.
