The Express 4500 cutaway is the heavier GM chassis, with the payload and rear axle for bodies up to 25 passengers and the same 6.6L V8 as the G3500.

StarTrans builds the Senator II on it in shuttle and paratransit layouts, Turtle Top builds on it as well, and Elkhart Coach used it for 25-passenger shuttles before production ended.
Pick it over the G3500 when the route needs more than 14 seats or a heavier body, and over the Ford E450 when the fleet is serviced through GM dealers. TESCO has delivered 70 of them.
