When the passengers are the leadership team, a client delegation or a visiting board, the vehicle is part of the impression. Executive shuttles are built around the ride: individual leather seats, a quiet cabin, power and USB at every seat, climate the passengers control, and a driver's compartment that keeps the meeting private.

TESCO's executive line is built by L.A. West on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit, with Turtle Top and Glaval luxury minibuses for larger groups. Configurations run from a 7-passenger conference layout to a 14-passenger executive shuttle that still needs no CDL.

What to spec

Seat count vs. seat quality

Executive vans trade seats for space: a Sprinter that could carry 15 becomes a 10-seat lounge. Decide the largest group you'll carry regularly and size the layout to it.

Power and connectivity

110 V outlets and USB-C at every seat, a Wi-Fi hotspot and a monitor for presentations turn transit time into meeting time.

Quiet

Extra insulation, dual-pane glass and rear climate control are what separate an executive shuttle from a passenger van with leather seats.

Privacy partition

A partition or curtain behind the driver keeps conversations in the cabin. Specify it if the vehicle will carry executives regularly.

Chauffeur-driven

Sprinter or Transit?

The Sprinter carries the premium badge and a slightly quieter, more refined ride; the Transit costs less to buy and maintain with a much wider service network. Both convert into excellent executive shuttles. Many fleets run the Transit for daily duty and a Sprinter for the boardroom.

Does an executive shuttle need a CDL driver?

Not at 14 passengers or fewer plus the driver, which covers nearly every executive layout. Chauffeur licensing is a separate, state-level matter.

Can it carry a wheelchair?

Yes, on request. A lift or ramp position can be integrated into an executive layout so the vehicle remains accessible to every guest.

How long does a custom executive build take?

It depends on chassis availability and the interior specification; your rep quotes a delivery date with the build sheet. In-stock executive units ship immediately.
