“Ben was responsive, informative, patient and kind throughout the process. It was nearly a year from getting a quote to use for a grant application to the final purchase. Jennifer was also very helpful. The gentleman who worked with us for the wrap design was also patient and responsive in helping us choose the final design. It is gorgeous!! The deliver person was friendly and helpful. We had a lot of staff converge to see the unit and get trained, so the training was not as orderly as I anticipated. However your team followed up and provided a link to a video and a pdf of the owners guide to help our team leran how to both use and take care of the unit. It was a long journey and the professionalism of the team was so greatly appreciated!!”

Some of the other staff didn’t seem as experienced or knowledgeable as they requested the same document after I had already sent it weeks earlier and had to be reminded to send DOT document. Perhaps a checklist would help. The delivery driver was wonderful, walked us through basic systems, answered our questions very well.”
