“Extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the customer service. Only one minor thing that could be improved. After confirming my date of arrival, I asked via email if I needed to bring anything with me, and I never got a response. I arrived and found out that I needed my federal tax ID, and I didn't have it with me. Furthermore, I included the ID on the signed quote when I mailed it with the payment, and for some reason it wasn't documented and used. Then the signed quote had to be found while I tried to call home and find someone who could look up the ID for me. Fortunately, the quote was found at the facility. But time could have been saved if the ID had already been copied once the quote was received in the mail, or if my email had been answered, asking me to bring the ID with me. Otherwise, everything was great, and we would do business again if we need another vehicle.”

“The sales representative in Clayton, NC was deceptive in explaining the tax exempt status of the church when giving us an estimate of the cost of the bus. When I learned we had been misled, I called and learned that the sales rep had been fired. Tesco worked closely with me and reimbursed the church for the difference in the price. Everyone in the whole process went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Tesco to anyone who is looking for a bus. “My only complaint so far is that the delivery was scheduled for noon today, however the truck delivering the bus had mechanical problems and was not able to deliver the bus as scheduled. I was informed of this when I called at 3pm to inquire about the delivery. Had I been informed of this I would have been able to attend to other work related duties outside of my office. “I do not like the seating design or the step design. Unless fixed, I would not buy another bus like this design.”

“The Freightline reputation was a major contributor in the purchase of this bus alone with the features and color. There were minor flaws in the bus that we are having corrected. The two most major problems are the steps and the A/C. The A/C was low on Freon and the belt on one of the fans were loose. The steps never worked and we are looking for the motor and other part to make the correction. Hopefully with your assistance this will be done soon.”

As customer states, TESCO corrected the issues at delivery, the same day. Unfortunately, commercial vehicles can have issues occur during transit. All TESCO vehicles are checked over before delivery.
